Shipping & Returns Policy

All orders are subject to availability and will be processed upon receipt of payment. Shipping will be confirmed once your order is ready.

AVA ships via Courier Guy, and you’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Please allow 7–14 working days for delivery. Many of our jewellery pieces are handcrafted with love, which means production times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your special order with care.

Returns are only accepted if an item is damaged during shipping. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any issues.
